Great place to find everything for making works arround the house and garden. Staff is nice and qualified. If you can avoid going on saturday, dont go, there is too many people. It closes sundays. If you have some merchandise to pick up, do not forget to call before to have an hour, or else you are going to wait an eternity.

The place is Huge many things you can find home decor tools,shower DIY tiles etc in another words worth a visit for window shopping or when you intend to buy something.

We've renovated several apartments and always been a huge fan of Leroy Merlin. Moving to Toulouse has ruined that love. This location has the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. It's really unpleasant to come here. The pain continues. We needed a particular, hard-to-find screw and this location was the only one that showed it in stock. You can guess the result. It was definitely not in stock, wasted trip.

If you are a fan of DIY for anything related to your house, then this is the place to be to buy all the necessary items. Staff are also very helpful and provide suggestions. Ample amount of parking available right in front of the store. Is also accessible from the city center by bus.

I placed an order online, I initially had to buy two products. I payed for the first one online and arranged a pick-up while the second. The latter product was not available for online purchase even if it was in stock in the store, only the delivery at home was shown (for an extra price, I felt this weird and scammy). For the available product the pick-up in place service was extremely poorly managed, after the wait of 2 hours the package was not yet available on site and I had to wait extra 30 minutes in the parking lot just to hear the guy managing the the orders that it was an heavy package and I had to go pick it up elsewhere. Seriously? After that amount of time they where not able to collect the package with a forklift? What's the point of offering this service if I have to waste a lot of time for nothing?

Very poor experience. I went to buy some specialist paint but was horrified at the price so I left empty-handed..but not before being stopped at the till and told to make a 50 metre detour by the entrance. They obviously do not appreciate people who don't purchase something...
